Manuel Manzaneque and his wife Paloma Mínguez wanted to follow the family tradition by creating this young and personal project dedicated to making honest wines “with soul”. Their passion for the “Terroir” has led them to seek excellence in the production of great wines, which express the maximum splendour of their vines.
They work with local varieties, such as Bobal and Cencibel for red wines and Macabeo and Airén for whites. The vineyards are subject to a meticulous control for the production of their wines, some of them organic, such as the BOBAL Paloma Mínguez or the Cava Paloma Mínguez, with a reasoned viticulture, using treatments exclusively when it is essential.
Manuel Manzaneque has great experience in the care and manipulation of the vineyard and produces competitive wines, obtaining the maximum expression in the different ranges he makes and adjusting well to the profile requested by clients. He is meticulous and likes to carry out personal supervision, both in viticulture and in the oenological section.
Manuel Manzaneque Suárez is a technician in viticulture and oenology from the prestigious Agropolis Montpellier School, which has led him to apply an intuitive oenology and to have maximum respect for the identity of the land and the raw material in the production of his wines.
